Tsarevna Swan Ring has the World’s Biggest Number of Diamonds

Ukrainian jeweller Lobortas Classic Jewelry House based in Kiev has broken the world record of the biggest number of diamonds set in one ring.

Named the “Tsarevna Swan” ring, it weigh 44.72 grams and contains a total of 10.48 carats of diamonds ranging in size from 0.001- to 0.05 carat, for an amazing total number of 2 525 diamonds.

It was presented and measured in Kiev on July 21, 2011, the Guinness Book of World Records confirmed. The ring took 530 hours of work for the design and development, while fabrication took 3 625 hours.

The record setting glory is complemented with an astounding price tag of $1.3 million.
