This modern holiday home is situated on the most beautiful sandy beach east of Marbella, in a quiet complex of only 9 terraced houses. Set in a large garden with pool and private tennis court, it offers an idyllic setting. Access to the complex is via a private residential road between Costabella and Las Chapas Beach, which leads directly to the beach. There is ample public parking in front of the property, as well as a covered parking space that is part of the property.

The house is fully furnished and well-equipped, spanning two levels. The living area is located on the lower floor, while the upper floor accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area features air conditioning and heating. Designed with an open, modern, and luminous layout, it opens up to the front terrace, providing an inviting space for relaxation and sunbathing, extending seamlessly to the garden and pool.

Additionally, on this level, you will find a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a guest toilet.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two single beds, respectively. Each bedroom features generous built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom, flooded with natural light, boasts an en-suite bathroom and large terrace windows that provide a delightful view of the sea. These windows open to the front terrace, creating an inviting space for sunbathing and enjoying the days. From this vantage point, you can relish a marvelous panorama of the sea, the pool, and the garden.

Location: Only 50 meters from the pristine sandy beaches of Costabella, 7 km east of Marbella city center. "Playas Andaluzas" is a cul-de-sac right on the beach, comprising nine houses, a 70 m² pool, and a tennis court on a private 4,000 m² plot. Beachside restaurants provide loungers, umbrellas, and superb Spanish and international cuisine. The area is free from hotels, clubs, or car traffic. Conveniently, a supermarket, international press, bakery, laundry, and car rental services are just 600 meters away.

Prices

This offering is subject to errors, omissions, and change of price, sale or withdrawal without prior notice.

Additionally to the above indicated price will be requested:

• once per stay for the towels, linen and cleaning
  • 140 € for occupancy by 1-3 persons
  • 160 € for occupancy by 4-6 persons
• 500 € security deposit, which will be refunded after departure subject to inspection.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels as the towels provided are not to be used on the beach.
Please bring your own tennis raquets and tennis balls if you want to use the tennis court.

Payment terms:

• 35% on reservation
• 65% 4 weeks before arrival
• The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
• The cleaning fee is payable locally upon arrival and should be handed directly to our managers

Pool:

The pool is open all year round and there are no fixed opening hours. Please be considerate of other residents and follow normal social behaviour.

Tennis court:

The tennis court can be used freely without prior reservation. Please bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls if you would like to play.

Additional services:

• The house is not equipped with a cot or a high chair by default. However, for families travelling with young children we offer the following optional equipment:
  
  • Baby travel cot (including pillow and bed linen)
  • High chair
  As we need to bring these items to the house in advance, there is a small additional fee of 60€, payable on arrival. If you would like us to prepare these for your stay, please let us know in advance so we can arrange everything for you.
• On request, an additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay. The scope and cost can be agreed directly with our managers on site.
